You can choose between Isofix versions, which lock onto the anchor points in the car, and versions without Isofix fittings. Every seat is approved to ECE R129/03, and in all of them the child is held by the car's own seat belt.
Isofix anchoring keeps the cushion in a fixed position on the car seat. The versions without Isofix are the ones to choose if your car has no Isofix points. Some countries require Isofix or LATCH fittings, so check this before buying a version without them.
Choose by your child's size rather than by age. The usual guide of 6 to 12 years is only approximate, and the child should fall within both the weight range and the height range. The seats are designed and approved for use in the European Union, so if the car is used elsewhere, check your local child seat regulations first.
