Sparco Race Suits

( number of products: 106 )

Sparco race suits cover both car racing and karting, with FIA homologation on most models and CIK homologation on selected karting suits. The range includes women's and kids' versions, karting rain suits for wet sessions and race suits in Gulf and Martini Racing designs.

How to choose a Sparco suit

Start with homologation, because that is what scrutineers check. Most suits in this category carry FIA homologation, and several karting suits are CIK homologated. Before you order, check the homologation of the suit you are considering against the rules of your championship.

The race suits come in conventional and asymmetrical designs, and the Gulf and Martini Racing suits bring famous motorsport colours to the grid. Women's versions are available for both race suits and karting suits, so female drivers do not have to adapt a standard size.

For wet sessions on the kart track there are karting rain suits and karting rain jackets. They are worn over a karting suit to keep water off it while you drive, but they do not replace a homologated suit.

To compare Sparco with other makers, the full race suits category brings all brands together. You can also browse Alpinestars race suits and OMP race suits.

What is the difference between a Sparco kart suit and a race suit?

A karting suit is made for driving a kart and is homologated for karting, whereas a race suit is designed for drivers in cars. Choose by discipline: a karting suit does not meet the requirements for circuit racing or rallying in a car.

Are there Sparco go-kart suits for kids?

Yes. Kids' karting suits come with FIA or CIK homologation, and young drivers can also wear a kids' karting rain suit over them in the wet.

Can I buy a Sparco race jacket without the trousers?

Yes. FIA homologated jackets and trousers are available as separate items, so you can buy just the top or just the bottom. Before a race, check whether your series accepts a two-piece suit.
