Choosing mechanics' gloves
The two brands take different approaches. OMP offers short technical workshop gloves made of elastic fabric with leather inserts. They have suede leather on the palm side for grip and a precise feel when handling tools, and they close with an elastic wrist band and adjustable Velcro. The Sparco gloves are multifunctional mechanics' gloves, and some pairs close with a solid strap. They have no homologation, as they are meant for mechanics' work, not for driving.
