Pedals and Gear Knobs
( number of products: 14 )Pedal pads and gear knobs from OMP Racing and Sparco let you refresh the pedals and gear lever of your car. OMP pedal pads come as standard sets, with long accelerator pads, and in versions for cars with automatic gearboxes. Sparco adds carbon pedal pads, standard and long pedal pads, gear knobs and gear knob gaiters. Other parts for fitting out a car are grouped under accessories.
Choosing pedal pads and gear knobs
Start with the pedals. OMP pedal pads come in standard sets and with long gas pedal pads, and Sparco also sells pedal pads in standard and long versions. A longer accelerator pad brings its surface closer to the brake, which can make heel-and-toe downshifts easier. A car with an automatic gearbox has no clutch pedal, so OMP also makes automatic pedal pads for that two-pedal layout. If you prefer a different material, Sparco offers carbon pedal pads.
For the gear lever, Sparco gear knobs replace the existing knob, and a Sparco gear knob gaiter covers the base of the lever and the opening in the centre console.
