Can an OMP kart suit replace a race suit for car racing?
No. Karting suits are made and homologated for karting, while car competition calls for a suit homologated to the FIA standard for car race suits. This also applies to karting suits marked FIA. In the other direction, a car race suit does not replace a homologated karting suit where karting regulations require one. Choose the suit that matches the discipline you compete in.
