The shell is constructed from an MSF fibreglass and Kevlar composite, delivering solid protection at a relatively low weight - from 1,350 g in sizes 54-57 to 1,490 g in sizes 59-61.

The shell features a uniform white gloss finish. The Stilo logo in black and red appears on the side, with an additional brand marking on the rear. The interior is lined with black fabric and cheek pads. The helmet comes with an adjustable plastic peak in white, integrated with the front edge. The face aperture is finished with a soft black seal. Dedicated communication system connectors and HANS clips are mounted on the side walls. The retention straps are made from light beige webbing with a red metal buckle.
