The open-face Stilo Sport Plus is the brand's first helmet to combine FIA homologation with a built-in intercom at an accessible price point. The shell is constructed from an MSF fibreglass and Kevlar composite, delivering the impact resistance demanded by rally driving, at a weight of 1460 g for sizes 54-57 and 1570 g for sizes 59-61.

The helmet meets the FIA 8859-2015 standard, making it fully approved for competition under FIA regulations. Factory-fitted HANS clips mean it is ready to use with a HANS collar straight out of the box.

Helmet design in detail

The shell is finished in a uniform gloss white. At the front there is an adjustable plastic peak in white, framed by a black edge around the face opening. The Stilo logo appears on the forehead and on the rear panel. Intercom components are mounted on both sides of the helmet, with a distinctive round button bearing the brand markings visible on one side. The interior lining is black, constructed from dense foam with clearly shaped cheek pads. The chin strap buckle is a red metal clip, and the strap itself is in a light beige tone. An intercom cable with a connector exits the helmet, and a microphone boom with a foam cover is flexibly mounted on one side.
