The Stilo ST6 R 8860 Carbon Rally is a closed full-face helmet of the highest class, designed for drivers competing in rally events and other motorsport disciplines governed by FIA regulations. The helmet holds the FIA 8860-2018 homologation - one of the most demanding safety certifications in the world. The shell is constructed from medium-density carbon fibre, delivering an exceptional balance of weight and structural rigidity.

Stilo engineered the ST6 R with the demands of rally competition firmly in mind, introducing a series of improvements over previous generations - a new chin section, a redesigned visor, and an integrated WRC-class intercom system. Available in sizes from 54 to 64, the helmet weighs from 1410 g (sizes 54-58) to 1570 g (sizes 63-64).

Helmet design in detail

The Stilo ST6 R shell features a natural carbon fibre weave in black with the silver-graphite sheen characteristic of carbon construction. The helmet geometry is streamlined and compact. The Stilo logotype with a red accent on the letter "i" appears on the crown and on the cheek pads. The model designation "8860" is visible on the side of the chin section. In the closed position, the visor seals the wide eye port with a black trim strip. Silver circular visor mounting elements and a small blue valve are visible on the sides of the helmet. The lower chin section features ventilation grilles constructed from carbon fibre. The internal liner is dark grey, with Stilo logotypes on the cheek pads.
