The Stilo ST6 R Composite Rally is a closed rally helmet homologated to FIA 8859-2024, designed for drivers competing in professional rally events. The shell is built from a fibreglass and Kevlar composite, delivering high impact resistance at a controlled weight - depending on size, the helmet weighs 1,420 g (sizes 54-58), 1,540 g (sizes 59-61), or 1,650 g (sizes 63-64). FIA 8859-2024 homologation qualifies it for use in all rallies governed by FIA regulations.

The Stilo ST6 R Composite Rally features a redesigned chin section with a new ventilation system, an updated visor, and new cheek pads for improved comfort and stability on stage. The helmet ships with a fully integrated WRC-grade intercom system, making it competition-ready straight out of the box.

Helmet design in detail

The Stilo ST6 R Composite Rally shell is finished in a uniform, gloss white. The "Stilo" logo in black with a red accent is centred on the top of the shell. On the side panels and chin section the model name "Composite" appears with its distinctive red cross inside the letter "O". Metallic visor-mounting elements are fitted to both sides of the shell. The visor aperture has a black surround, the peak is graphite-coloured, and the ventilation ports on the chin and crown are neatly integrated into the shell profile. Inside, Stilo-branded cheek pads and a dark fabric liner are visible.
