Stilo WRX DIRT Zero Rally is a full-face rally helmet homologated to FIA 8860-2018, built for off-road competition at the highest level. The shell is constructed from high-density carbon fibre and combines outstanding strength with an exceptionally low weight - sizes 54-58 come in at just 1400 g, sizes 59-61 at 1530 g, and sizes 63-64 at 1610 g. It is one of the lightest full-face helmets available that meets the demanding requirements of the FIA 8860-2018 standard.

During production, Stilo applies PURO technology, which eliminates the need for a transparent outer coating on the carbon fibre shell - directly contributing to the reduction of the finished helmet's weight. The helmet is designed specifically for off-road use, where vibration, dust, and limited communication with the co-driver are everyday challenges.

Helmet design in detail

The helmet features a characteristic carbon fibre weave in a natural, deep black finish with no additional lacquer layer - the weave texture remains visible across the entire shell surface. The overall shape is compact and rounded, typical of full-face rally helmets. The Stilo logo in a white-and-red colourway is positioned on the crown at the front and on the sides of the helmet, while the model designation "Zero" is rendered in a tone close to the shell colour. The visor has a wide, tall profile, and its mounting mechanism - including clearly visible pivot elements on either side - is finished in silver-toned metal that contrasts with the black shell. The round intercom port with the Stilo logo is visible on both side panels.
