OMP Seat Mounting Frame for Toyota
OMP is a manufacturer of motorsport equipment, and this seat mounting frame has been made for the Toyota Celica from 11/99 onwards. It lets you fit a sports or bucket seat in a car where the factory mounting points don't match the new seat.
The set consists of two metal rails with vertical brackets that carry the seat to the right height and position. The manufacturer code is HD0-0821-L, and the letter L stands for the left side.
Detailed look at the mounting frame
The whole piece has the raw, silvery colour of unfinished metal. Each rail is shaped like an angle bracket with drilled mounting holes in the flat section. Two brackets, tapering towards the top, rise from the angle and end in a threaded hole for the seat bolt. On one of the rails, the brackets sit in a guide with a row of holes and are bolted together with nuts, so you can adjust their position. The other rail has permanently joined brackets with a visible through hole.
